Not to worry though, any tickets you do submit with the Invitado account will be anonymously sent to our staff team to be reviewed!

If provided an email address or your Discord Tag, your ticket may be continued through email correspondence, or on Discord if we need to contact you to follow up on your submitted ticket.

Please sign in with Google to the Gearhex website, and submit another ticket if you wish to receive responses and track your ticket’s progress here on the Gearhex Website. Be sure to let us know that you wish to close your previous ticket, submitted from on the Guest account!
